    Our services are mobile and by appointment only. This ensures we dedicate the proper time and attention to your signing.


  • Do you travel to clients’ locations?

    Yes, we specialize in mobile notary services. We come to your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, or any convenient location.

  • How much does it cost for a mobile notary?

    Our mobile fee starts at $40 for travel and one stamp. Additional signatures or services may have separate fees, which we’ll confirm before your appointment.

  • What should I bring to my notarization appointment?

    Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and the unsigned document. Documents must be signed in our presence.

  • Can you notarize a document if I don’t have ID?

    No. By law, we must verify your identity with valid ID. If you don’t have one, we may be able to use credible witnesses—please ask us in advance.

  • Can you notarize real estate documents?

    Yes, our notaries are experienced in handling loan signings, deeds, and other real estate documents.

  • Can you notarize powers of attorney, wills, or trusts?

    Yes. We frequently notarize estate planning documents. If witnesses are required, please arrange for them ahead of time.

  • Do you provide apostille services?

    Yes. We can help guide you through the apostille process for documents that need to be used abroad.

  • Do you offer fingerprinting services?

    Yes, we provide mobile fingerprinting services for employment, licensing, background checks, and more.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept debit/credit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo).

    Yes, mobile travel fees are due upfront to confirm your appointment.


  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will incur a fee. We kindly ask that you reschedule as early as possible.

  • How quickly can I get an appointment?

    Often the same day! We pride ourselves on fast, reliable service.

  • Can you help me fill out my documents?

    No. As notaries, we are not authorized to provide legal advice or complete documents for you. Please consult an attorney if you need legal guidance.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We currently serve Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, and Pennsylvania.


  • Can you notarize for minors?

    Yes, but minors still need valid ID or acceptable proof of identity. Parents/guardians may need to be present depending on the document.
